• We do not accept returns or refunds due to change of mind.

• All items are carefully checked before dispatch to ensure they are in good condition and to minimize any quality issues.

• While we strive to ensure every order is packed accurately, human errors may occasionally occur. • We are not responsible for any damage, loss, delay, or other issues caused by third-party courier services once the parcel has been handed over to the courier.

 

Out-of-Stock Refund

• If any item in your order is out of stock, we will inform you as soon as possible and issue a refund for the unavailable item.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method where possible. If this is not possible, we will contact you to arrange the refund.
