- Working days refer to Monday - Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays is not considered as working days.
- Additional days may be required for areas out from major cities.
- Shien Huat Trading is not responsible for courier delays & damages & lost.
- If you do not receive the parcel within the shipping time stated above, please contact us within the next two working days via cs_shienhuat@hotmail.com or +60147116174 (WhatsApp only) so that we can check with the courier company. Any parcel that fails to be delivered will be kept in the courier warehouse for up to 7 days and they will be returned if no one pick them up within 7 days. If you do not contact us before the return, you will need to cover the second shipping fee for your parcel.
Tracking number
You will receive your tracking number via email once your parcel has been shipped out. All orders will be shipped out within 1-2 working days. Please note that the notification email might be located in your Junk/Spam mailbox if you can’t find our mail in your primary mailbox. You may also track your order with the tracking number provided in your account.

Self-collection
You can choose to collect your purchase at our shop, SHIEN HUAT in Banting, Selangor.

Self arrange lalamove/grab
For customer who want to pick up using lalamove/grab, please arrange lalamove/grab once you receive the notification/email informing you that parcel is ready to pick up.
Order & Parcel Status
You may check the status of your order by logging into your account.
"Unfulfilled" means your order is still being processed by us.
"Fulfilled" means your order has been shipped out and you may get the tracking number via email or message.
During Promotion Periods/Holidays(Chinese New Year, Hari Raya, Deepavali, Christmas, 11.11 ,12.12)
During peak periods, there may be some delay in shipping because courier companies handle more parcels than usual. Please expect a longer delivery time when you place orders during peak season. The delay is definitely beyond our control.
